Got my order today, genius packers putting oil filters in with rotors...

At least they sent everything that you ordered... my package has some missing part
Charges for most of my orders have been hitting over the past few days, so hopefully I'll be looking at a bunch of 2016 brake parts soon. Just finished a big job on the DD so ready to tear apart the 200 before the mosquitos come out.

I'm placing a second order just for filters. It hurt my brain to think about filters in the same box with rotors/calipers/pads
Chatham toyota is correct. I'll be calling them today. 4 out of 9 filters were damaged. It's like they put filters under and on top of the rotors. Everything else in the order appeared correct and ok.From the receipt it looks like Chatham Valley Toyota. Just be happy it wasn't a radiator
It could have been a lot uglier! Pads, springs, rattle clips, air filters, pins, etc. all look fine. I was expecting some bent metal but so far so good. I'll have to really inspect closer when doing the work. I imagine a slightly bent slide pin could be a real headache if not observed during install. It's a real shame. There was no padding or filler at all and the boxes were much larger than needed. One box had front rotors and all my small parts and oil filters and the other had the 2 rear rotors and an air filter. Was all just thrown in there loosely. I think the oil filters were only $2 or so each, but I'm definitely going after my $8 on principal. My order was ~$500.
That's some pricey packing material for your rotors..
Called and they will be sending out the replacements without any hassle at all, as they should. A good phone experience. Will see if they show up.
I have 6 boxes on the way with 4 rotors, 2 lower control arms, calipers and a ton of little stuff.
Can't wait to see how that all arrives. Hopefully Decatur packs a little better.

My shipment arrived. Unicorn sauce/diff oil cans banged up but luckily no leaks. Also one oil filter and two plugs had jumped out of their boxes during shipment and were bouncing around in the shipping box. Other than that everything is in good condition.
Maybe there will be bonus rotors in there to season the new filters too?
