Torque Spec for Fan-to-Clutch and Water Pump Pulley (Not in FSM)?

Had the same situation last month, wasted a couple of hours before finding these Milwaukee vice-grip type pliers, along with a good penetrating oil (Freeze Off or Aero Kroil). The eyelet on the ends allows you to tighten the pliers down (using a screwdriver) way more than standard vice grips:

Agree, those socket type extractors will not fit. The Milwaukee Vice grips (link above) will fit to get the nut
started moving; clamp down on the rounded off nut, tighten the pliers using a long screwdriver (for leverage)
until it bites into the nut, then turn the nut counterclockwise. The pressure from the pliers actually deformed the nuts quite a bit, but they came off. FWIW.
