Torque Settings for Differential Fill and Drain Plugs?

Got the Toyota books, I am getting 2 different numbers for torque settings for differential fill/drain plugs. Anyone give me the REAL torque settings. I am looking at two very different numbers 28 and 58 ft/lbs... or 8Kg?
