Top Rad Support Bushing (1 Viewer)

Hello all you guys ..

In the process of electric fans for Tencha I ran into non existing support bushings .. I was able to source the lower ones ( thanks Sam ) and was ubber nice fit ( as expected ) but dunno why I didn't realize the uppers were in the same condition ..

So here I am looking for those ones which appears to be only available with the rad per EPC ..

here is the pic to help .. ( courtesy of Sam )

for 80 series 16584-61030 seems to be the piece I'm looking for just not sure if would work for 60 series too .. comments and ideas are appreciated ..

I've tried to find that bushing, but the numbers I've come up with turn up the wrong parts at the dealer.

Just did a little digging on ToyoDIY.com and this is what I came up with but not sure.. 16584‑61010 Insulator, Radiator Mounting. Might be worth a shot.

that's the lower one .. I have it ( kinda expensive but well worth the money ) it's a sweet ( like OEM is ) tight fit in there .. trying to the same for top ones ..

Yeah, and from what I remember, that's the only P/N in that area of the diagram.

Might be time to make a trip to the dealer to find out!

91651-60830 is an M8x30mm bolt. In addition to retaining the radiator,it is used for the PTO cover on the T-case.

The radiator bushings have been spotted on the fiche before, but they are in a weird place, like under headlights or hood or AC condensor or...

Looking on the AC section found standard part

94110-40600 but not sure if it's the bushing or if are the same used in the radiator ...

For 80 series I was able to locate 16584-61030 not sure tho if are the same .. or can work at 60 radiator ..

Just looked at mine, and the AC condenser bushings are a bit smaller in diameter than the upper radiator bushing. Also, the upper radiator bushing looks like it folds over the edge of the radiator. It's shaped like o-o so after you fold it there is one circle of rubber on each side of the radiator.

figure it is like the lower ones .. only smaller .. well I went ahead and order those for 80 series will report back if they work or not ..

Yes, they do come on a new radiator like someone mentioned.
I got one a couple years ago.

Hmm call me Mexican, but I used some 1/4" rubber scraps I had laying around... cut to fit.. works great.
