Tanker120
SILVER Star
Well, I started this about 7 Months ago when I thought there was no other option, what I did not know was what I was getting myself into, this was a lot of work and trail by error, so what I wound up with is my version of the hard to find Tool Roll.
I learn more about canvas than I ever wanted to know, and found out my sewing machine was no match for the correct canvas.
I am only doing a few at a time and didn't want to list them until I had a few made and will advertise them as I make them, they are very time consuming and take a lot of space to make (my wife wants her kitchen back)
I will sell the first 5 for $90 each plus $9 shipping. I will take paypal but there is an $3 fee, unless doing friends and family.
Then I would like to get input on the roll, Now that I have completed 10 of these I believe I can offer at a lower price, not sure what would be a good price point, but would like to get feedback on the Tool Rolls

I have 10 that are completed and ready to ship, but will only will sell the first 5, and wait for feedback before selling the rest, it takes about 4 full days to make 10 bags (should get shorter as I get faster)
I will refund if you are not happy with the Tool roll
I will post some pics of the process of making these and some prototypes
I had help with making sure this was as accurate as I could make them, and would like to thank him for trusting me to borrow a authentic Roll and return it unharmed.
Canvas is No 10, (Had to buy an upholstery sewing machine to work with it, I broke 12 needles with my home machine and could get the quality i wanted)
Numbers were carefully measured form the original roll and I used a combination of different fonts to match the original numbers.
Contents card came form wscbill postings-great resource!
Test fitted tools, newer screw drivers have a thicker handle and are tight, but do fit (may modify later)
Buckle is not exact to original, but the same style
Much like the original numbers and sewing are not perfect-which makes it more original, but I did reinforce with back stitch stress points
Thread is a upholstery type nylon thread (very strong)
Any questions please feel free to ask
OH, and the tools are not included, but available
