Gonna try my hand at a set of weld on beadlocks. Couldnt find any 8" rims local, so got some from 4wheel parts. I have a local guy cutting the rings, going with a solid 4" outer ring. Excited to see these come together.

Funny.... I've had a set of weld ons sitting in the garage for a couple of years. Figured it is finally a good time. Just pulled all the wheels off and getting on it. Using the exact same black wheels although quite a bit more beaten up.

sweet. having my tires pulled this week so I can Start prepping wheels. good luck dude.Just going to pound the rim so it is somewhat round and close to the ring all around and then start welding. Think I am going to space the ring out some so you run a fillet weld and don't have to grind as much. Hopefully will help with keeping them airtight too.
