I think they are going to standardize an a few "standard colors" red, orange, blue, grey if memory serves. Anything else will probably be custom. I could be wrong, so I'll let Chad chime in when he has time. I know they are very busy now that production is in full swing. I'm sure he will poke his head in the forums eventually.

EDIT: OOPS...should have refreshed. He already responded.

tincan45 is correct. The Kickstarter campaign offered us a glimpse into the colors that would reign supreme. Those are Orange, Red, and Grey. Those will be the standard rainfly choices moving forward for both the RTTx and the SOLO.

Custom colors maybe something we offer down the road. But not right now. We need to focus on getting production streamlined.

Paging Mr. Martin. RTTx010 is 90% complete. Waiting on the weather to warm up so we can apply adhesive.

Really appreciate the quality aspect of the team being aware of the weather and temperatures to ensure a quality build. With all the delay's its nice to see the quality integrity and not having a rush to just get the product out the door. Thanks and I'm glad to wait a little longer for mine!

Folks...we were going to ship out on Friday. Very glad we did not. Major delay with freight, UPS and FedEx happening in the midwest right now. (In fact, a set of shocks I am waiting is stuck out there.)

Hoping to get these out the door this week.

I got word that mine will start soon, if not this week. I am pretty excited!

I admit I probably would have gone with the solo version if it was available at the time I made my purchase on kickstarter.

If anyone in the SF Bay Area has or is getting a Terrapod soon, pls pm me; I’d love to check it out !

Thanks in advance !

I'm currently in queue for mine with the kickstarter offering. Not sure what number I am in the queue but I'm in San Mateo. You can track my build on insta @1999_uzj and see when it gets here.

@ntsaint - Thanks Andy! We appreciate the business. Welcome to the Clan! RTTx010 has been delivered!
Installation notes: RTTx XL installed on a 200 Series Land Cruiser to a Prinsu Rack via Terrapod adapter brackets.

Side note - While the RTTx can be installed on virtually any rack, our testing has shown for best results, mounting on low profile uprights provides the best low profile, lightweight solution. Uprights tested to date are ARB's Rack Fitting Kit and Rhino-Rack's Backbone3. Both work very well.

Awesome, congrats to all involved! This has been a heckuva project and Chad has put in the work to make it a success. Good to see more of these tents out there.

Awesome!

Prinsu probably not the most ideal mounting solution, but that sure looks nice on a 200! Can't wait!

Folks...allow me to rant.

Freight shippers. For the love of all things...please. Get your sh*t together. :bang:

We have been working for over 2 weeks to put together a properly good freight shipping deal that works for our customers while also protecting the product. Only, to have the shippers change the shipping class 3 bloody times. Even after we established an original direction and ordered 30 shipping skids. :bang::bang::bang:

Yours truly is not exactly happy. That said...thank you for your continued patience. We WILL be shipping out the tents (that are beginning to stack up now)...very soon.

Cheers.
