Going to the Imperial Sand Dunes tomorrow and I am running 31 x 10.5. Is 12 pounds a good pressure. Don't have any time to search so posting a quick question....Thanks everyone!

too low and will pop a bead...too high and will get stuck.....gonna have to work it but I would say 15-18 on a narrow tire without beadlocks.
I find 14 works good

12 will be great. Up to about 15 will be fine.

Randall, If you are running heavy (lots of gear in the back), you may want to start at 15 psi. I run 12psi lightly loaded and have never rolled a tire off the bead.

well no sand experience here but...
when i go play on the rocks and pretty much any off road in general i run around 10-14 psi with a 12.50" tires on 8" wheels. ive not lost a bead yet (knock on wood) tho i have roller her onto her side.
