I have heard that a clothes steamer will remove old tint very easily. Might be worth a try

I did the front windows with a heat gun and cannot get the glue layer to come off with the tint, then paint thinner etc to clean it up, I am ready to pay to have the rest removed

I took it to desert auto tint at Hayden and Mckelips , they removed all the tint for $45 bucks! Very happy.

I just picked up, he charged me $35 , they used a steam machine , did a great job!

American Eagle Pro Tint in Tempe did a fantastic job on my LX. He used to own a 1992 LC (his wife's) and will do just about anything you want tint-wise.

Apex in Tempe (i19 and eliot) has done a bunch of tint for me and they do a great job
