Timing Belt Question on 2006 4runner

I went to toyotapartsandservice.com to look at service intervals on my wife's 2006 4runner. (2wd, I BELIEVE non interference) that rolled 90k yesterday.

For the crowd that just gasp bc I have not been pro active and ordered parts and readied the garage....I fall in line with those that believe service intervals are to be adhered to but not so stricly as to pull over and do it ON THE DOT. The TB looks great and it will be done before 100k

SO, I digres. I went and put in our data for our 4runner and got this:

We have a 1GR-FE (V6) and I was wondering why the 2UZ TB is listed but not for the 1GR? I looked from 60k to 105k for the 1GR TB but didn't see it. I can only assume Toyota doesn't list the TB for the 1GR because it's NON interference?

someone school me here? I know it needs to be done but this peaked my interest.

Related to this I plan to do this list, any recommendations:
1. Timing Belt
2. Clean MAF
3. Water pump
4. Spark plugs
5. thermostat
6. autotensioner?
7. tensioner pulley
8. idler pulley

I am guessing $1k approximately. (I live in MS and have an independent toyota specialty shop in mind.)

Yeah I saw that site and similar. Question is why the offical toyota site list, specifically, the V8, but not the V6. I know what the 90k service entails, just wondering why it's so vage?


EDIT: talked to a mechanic I trust. Belts have service intervals. For whatever reason Chains are not recommended to change at any specific time. As they loosen over time (Stretch) they will increase in noise and will help indicate when to change. Keeping an eye on water pump and checking tensioner and idler pulley (plus maybe spark plugs) are all that's needed.

on a V6 4runner or, say, a 4 cylinder camry (always the smaller of 2 engine options) toyota used chains not belts on the 2006. ** THIS may vary from year to year!!!
