To increase the idle for a PTO winch (this is my guess, it may be for racing at the track for all I know)
To let your truck run at 1800RPM while your cam breaks in for 20 minutes (I also used the stock stop watch since it only goes up to 19:59)

Yeah I heard it was for the factory winch that was never an option in the USA, wonder why they left it there.

throttle set when crawling
Can you explain more as to why you would want higher RPMs when crawling? Less pedal to control while walking up rocks?
