So, after neatly placing the 4 bolts cardboard, I neglected to mark which way was up. 4 bolts, three lengths. Anyone know which goes where? The two longest are same length and zinc-coated. FSM shows 4 bolts but they all look the same in the illustration. Thanks for any help!

Well you can't mess it up...if it's wrong, one will be too long for the hole. Otherwise you're good to go!

Now that I'm actually with the truck, will test-fit with TB off. Those bottom bolts are a long, blind reach with TB on...

Yeah I think the bottom ones are the long ones. They're hard to get in there and started. I used a strong extendable magent and used it to at least catch one thread or so. Then the wrencg.

Bottom two are longer gold top two short and black
Thx turns out PO substituted some other bolt for one of top ones, not a good fit.

I wedged ‘em into socket with a corner of shop towel, tight fit!

I use the Claw/Grabber type pickup tool ffrom H F to get the lower 2 started, then I run them in with a socket + extension.

Love all the tricks we develop for working on these trucks. Lol.

This style of socket are a game changer for stuff like this.
