Thanks for viewing this amazing 1989 FJ62 Toyota Land Cruiser. This FJ62 underwent a significant frame on restoration that started in October of 2019 and was completed in the late fall of 2022. The restoration details are to significant to list, but with over $35,000 of receipts it was comprehensive. I will list a few highlights are as follows;
• Transmission removed and rebuilt.
• Tranfer case removed and rebuilt.
• Rebuilt front-end including birfield joints.
• Old Man Emu Suspension Upgrade.
• New Factory steel wheels with five (5) new BFG KO tires 31x10.50
• ARB Bumper with Smitty Built 10k winch
• AC R134 Conversion.
• New interior carpet, insulation, seats headliner
• Radiator, water pump, tune up, exhaust system.
• New brakes, rotors, calipers, and shoes.
• Warrior roof rack.
• Compression check by Landcruiser NW all cylinders between 165 thu 175 psi.
• Currently 237k total miles.
When I purchased the truck in Portland ,I drove it back to Montana up the Columbia River Gorge and over two mountain passes in Idaho and it ran and drove perfectly.
All work was professionally performed, mostly by Landcruiser NW located in Portland, Oregon. There is much more and too much to list in this narrative if you are interested, I have all documentation that can be reviewed prior to the sale.
I have not owned this FJ62 very long and had intended to keep it forever and even purchased the permanent plates in Montana. But I have been refocused on the purchase of another project and it is obvious that someone else is probably better suited to enjoy this amazing classic. Clear title in hand. Price $46,500.- OBO
