@Finnyfam60 Ok here you go: 3rd Annual Cruiser Gold Rush

Don't procrastinate! This is the shortest campaign window I could run (5 days). Will end on Tuesday next week. They say 10-14 days for printing/shipping. It tends to be quicker, but no guarantees they will arrive before the trip.

Sorry I caused jealousy/envy issues... Someone keep the clear liquid in mason jars away from me please...

dude that just made me laugh my ass off!!!

@jcardona1 run another shirt campaign please. Short window. Maybe it'll get here. Don't care if it doesn't. Just need more to be made for those who didn't get in on it/late arrivals, swag barter...

Just keep it up until right after the event. Lots of people will see the shirts and want one, or an extra one, or a hoodie, or whatever.

I think short run now is good with fingers crossed for early enough delivery, and rerun of interest after the event...

@Finnyfam60 I will bring an extra large mason jar just for you. I wonder what would you do this time?:hillbilly::lol:

If you can't handle the mason jar i will let you have some Double Cross.;);)

I am getting a special use permit for us. I was informed that we are not allowed to camp at the little gold lake area per our rec techs. Camp at your own risk. First come first serve on campsites, 2 vehicles per site 6 people per camp.

Anyone have some locked 80 diffs with lower gears they want to swap with me for oem gearing (only 150k miles)?

Thanks Obama.

Would the special use permit allow camping at Little Gold Lake? What's plan C? Because those campsites have been taken every time I've gone there.

Are you serious? Permit? For how many? You just told them to check on us and we are officially F**k. :hillbilly::hillbilly::lol::lol:
I guess I won't be the one getting booted coz I will be there early.:clap:

Those restrictions were in place long before Obama took office.. just sayin! lol

If I'm not mistaken, the special use permit is because of the size of the group. It wont give us any special privileges.

There are a few other options, including Tamarack Lake and mayyyybeeee that one Kyle doesn't like me talking about... But Gold Lake is WAY more suitable for a large group like ours.

Ok. Now I get that it isn't a popular decision to let the forest know, I completely understand. However due to my current employment, I need to cover and protect myself from liability. Sorry for the quick blurb and not much explanation earlier I'm on a week long firefighting/fire prevention detail and don't have a lot of spare time this week.

I will ask if we can get little gold lake added in to the special uses permit for camping if possible. I had no idea that it was off limits to camping until yhis year.

The other option is we roll with the usual stuff this year and see how it plays out. I'm still working out the details through next week.

The special use permit is because it is for a group over 75 people. They know we will be there and that isn't going to change.

I do have a small announcement to make at the event as far as event planning goes and I believe Darrell does too.

Darrell is correct on the permit. It doesn't cost anything, just establishes possible resource damage etc.

I think that for the future we might need to change sites.

Don't you dare tell them about that lake darrell...also that site won't work anyways. It's land trust and not public plus the area is way too small

Haha, don't worry I was just messing with you. I know its not public land and is way too small even if it was.

We don't have 75 signed up for this. And it's a camp on your own next to other cruisers event anyways...

Oh, and glad I'll be the last to know about these announcements...:flipoff2:
