Looks like there may be a power steering leak too...? Best to spray it off well and investigate after that.

It's more likely that it's the oil pump cover that's leaking. It is the cover just above the plug you circled. That oil pump cover seal, the distributor o-ring, and the valve cover are your likely leak culprits on a 1FZ.

Ok. Well, I'll just keep adding oil to it and replace the oil pump cover seal and distributor o ring when I get home. The valve cover seal was just done and looks good.

Your gonna have to remove the Harmonic Balancer to get to the oil pump seal.
I recommend you do the crank seal, whilst the HB is off.
Gonna need some special tools including a 3/4 Hobo Freight Breaker Bar.

Yeah, I'll wait to do that when I get home. In the meantime I seal the highways of WY, NE, and IA.

X2 on the oil pump cover - very common leak in the FZFE. Depending on how much you're losing it might be the front crank as well. I got in and did the front crank, the oil pump cover and the dizzy o-ring all at the same time. It took care of 90%+ of the oil leaks on my truck in one blow.

Shout out to Trail Tailor aka Jason aka @reevesci for the sliders!

More pics if that mounted slider! I want to see the angle compared to the step. How much foot can you get on it when you climb in?

Plenty. About 2.5" is my guess. (Insert joke here).

New hat for Mollie. Inti clone. With removable crossbar for kayaks.

Forgot to take a pic of the slide out with the rack on the roof. Locking solar panel slide out. Pretty boss move if I do say so myself.

3.25". Jason said he can make them however you want though.

Whoa.

Nice.
How did you take care of the roof after removing the factory rack?

Tell me about the considerations that went into the design of that rack. I'm specifically curious about:
-high sides at the front. Edit: Inti clone?
-bar welded at 3/4...maybe farther back? Edit: cross bar for kayaks?

Went back and re-read your post.
