Answering this question has turned out to be far more complicated than it should be. How much lift do the OME 2721 rear coils give?? The answers I’ve found are all over the map:
  • Some sources (including ARB/OME) say 0" of lift.
  • Other sources report 1"
  • Slee and a few other reputable shops report 2".
  • People also disagree about whether KDSS changes the result — some say it does, some say it doesn’t. Some even say the 2721s wont work on KDSS equipped LCs.
If you’ve installed 2721s on an LC200, please reply with the following so we can compare real-world results:
  1. Photo
  2. Model year of your LC200
  3. Whether the vehicle has KDSS
  4. How much rear lift the 2721 gave you
  5. Any other relevant details (suspension, tire size, rear load, etc...)
Thank You! Your response will hopefully helps all of us cut through the conflicting info.

I originally went 2721s and ended up level w/o any cargo in the back. The preload on the front was set at max (should have been set lower) as I didn’t have a winch at that time. I ended up adding 30mm spacers to the rear to get a slight rake back when unloaded (I hated the Carolina Squat look when loaded up).

I’m not sure what the total lift ended up as I didn’t take measurements for reference before the suspension swap. Here are pics from before the spacer install.

Here is a pic of the truck with stock everything. Couldn’t find on on level ground. I’d guess the lift was 1.5 to 2”.

2720s (aka -20mm supposedly IIRC) netted me over an inch of lift.

Basically, it comes down to loading and how sagged your existing springs are.

Fortunately they aren’t very expensive or difficult to change if you don’t like them. And you’ll recover some of the cost when you sell them used.

The only way to dial this in for your specific setup is to get them and see how they work.

Good advice. Thanks man
