Sam and Bristol taking a break from messing with the kitten. The kitten is under the chair trying to pull in the piece of brown packing paper. I live at a zoo :)

His epic browness turned 13 today and got to do whatever he wished so we invited the BFF (black fuzzy fella) over for a day of partying.

Which started with some strong napping....

Followed by a hike at the state park.....

Happy Birthday Brown dog! Great photos!!

Brody, The Legend! Happy Birthday Brown Dog!

Thanks guys. The Dude has been a bit of an ONSC staple and it has really been awesome to watch him grow up around the club making friends and both of us being able to be comfortable with him wandering under the collective eye amongst this crowd. From letting a 3 year old Lily take him on walks to predictably sneaking bacon from Lydia to the chicken lady, I think it's safe to say we both can appreciate being able to call the club his extended family.

Happy Birthday Brody!! Glad your dad gave you such a fun day!

Meet Olaf, we got him at 7 weeks, hes now 10 weeks old. He has finally been accepted into our pack by our 3 yr old Camel. It was amazing to see the difference in the two after he became accepted. The two are now inseparable, with the occasional scuffle to remind the little one of his place.

Too cute! Good looking little guy, like a mini me of your older dog. "OK little dude, you lay like this, here in the kitchen. The floor is cool and they have to walk past you to do what they do and they often drop food in this area"

Ooh the cuteness and the horror that accompanies it! Puppyhood is a blessing and a curse...fresh in my memory!

Dexter is doing well. He is officially ours now and just a really good boy. He is about 1.5 years old.

He is still not coming to us as often as we would like, but we are working on that :)

He is also unable to unload the dishes. :\

Another year gone by. Unsure of our quincineñero so we opted for a big quatorciana(sp) lol

The dude continues to enjoy life and mostly naps. Today was a early am 45 drive (aka cold AF) to lowes after breakfast cookies for a walk around the garden section. Only one victim made for easy lounging while we planted and he snuck down to the barn for a fresh horse hoof trimming lol.

Eve trip to the river to cool off and watch dad fish included some local fauna coming over to pet and oogle. (Scary)

Now time for a trip to downtown to get this party started. He requested pig pounders brew co but unfortunately no lil piggies allowed there but you will find us at Joymongers tonight for a lil d’town dog friendly bleuegrass and brew.
