Driving home from Mammoth Mtn. on the 395. Pulled off on some random dirt road for a pee break.

Merry Christmas to me....
Spent 2 days at a friend's shop installing parts I had been collecting for a few months. We planned on pulling the CVs and having them rebuilt, and ended up going a bit overboard. Since we ended up pulling the knuckles completely off to get the CVs out easier, we dropped them off with the CVs to have the bearings repacked(they only had time to finish one). We also dropped the driveshafts off for new U joints and rebalancing. While we were waiting for parts, we decided we might as well replace the lower ball joints, since they were accessible(but for no other reason than 130k miles on them). Installed firestone airbags while it was up on the lift. We also installed my Slee rear with dual swings and jerry can carrier, and added a Rigid Dually that he had laying around the shop.
...waiting on a full size spare that's on order with a friend's tire shop here in town.
We went round and round with ARB and Warn about what 10k winch would fit in the bumper. They don't list the Zeon 10 as fitting that bumper, and I even called ARB US about fitment and they said they had no idea, but if the bumper lists the M12000 as fitting, that the Zeon 10 might fit. It's a rather large winch, but it fits no problem. Installing the synthetic line was less fun than previous installations I've done.
Now just waiting on some clamps to install my Rigid 30" bar....and hopefully WKOR sliders in January.
No rubbing with the 295/75r16, I really like the 18's.@CruiserPaul looking good! Any rubbing at all? I'd imagine mine would sit similarly, I'd just have to make it work with the 18's
