Well Sunday, yesterday, was colder than Saturday....and we're used to Roast Beef on Christmas Day in 40C heat...and here we are with 14C...anyway.

i did an 8 km hike today (Sunday, yesterday) and here's the pics of the 4x4 part of that
if you can see these pics let me know as Google Picassa is me getting familiar with that

This one is a side on shot of the track i am about to go up...the track is that little dirt thang with the rock in it above my LC

although me being me and by myself, the beast slid....it just did! Anyway, no Aussie photograhers were harmed in this pic,.hehe:

These were hard to take (pics) as i had to get there, get out of the LC take the pic, get in etc..and the downhill one (EDIT: the edit pic below), the LC slid while i was getting out to take another pic...
Let me lnow what pics you want and if these are ok and i'll keep wheeling and taking pics

First trip with the 100
I have been wanting to post photos of my rig but have been waiting until I had finished a few small mods and had gone on a trip. I didn't feel right posting a photo of a stock truck. The truck is a 2001 LC with the stock torsion bars maxed out, 30mm rear spacers with 10mm trim packers. I am running 295/75R16 BFG All Terrain's. I just finished a 6 day photography trip to Death Valley. It was the very first trip offroad with the truck. I have to say it was really great; a far cry from my old Jeep Grand Cherokee. Comfortable and capable.

LOL, death valley road, titus canyon and lippincott mine.
Great pictures and nice looking rig. What exposure settings did you use for your night shot? I have played around with moon and campfire shots before. Got a few that are OK but that is a great pic!

@1LoudLX, someone knows their Death Valley. Do you make it out there often? We also did Greenwater Valley Rd and Harry Wade South Exit. Great trip. I really wanted to do Steele Pass and all of Lippincott but since it was the first trip and I didn't have another truck with me on the trip I decided to keep things a little more mild.

Paul, great pics! That night shot is amazing... Nice looking truck, keep the great shots coming and thanks for sharing.
I'm usually not a fan of those racks but i have to say it looks soooo much better with those lights on the front of it. Those pictures are awesome though.

Nice! Any snow up towards the top of Schnebly in the pines?
We didn't take it all the way through and there was only a dusting on the top of the buttes. Lots of rain though and there was snow when we were in Flag and Williams the day prior.
Tried to make sure there was at least a piece of the LX in these pics.
