There's a truck JUST like yours parked at the lexus dealer nearest me (who recently tried to rip me off for 2 crush washers for $5.60:mad:). I like it! It's just that I like the mods in progress more ;)

Just so you know.....Your going to get a lot of flack from guys on this site with that setup.....so brace yourself

Welcome to IH8MUD
can i start? nice brush guard and tail lights!
seriously though, i guess it starts with how you plan to use your LX. Then the all too familiar phrase, "search is your friend" spiel. sharp lookin rig btw. congrats and welcome!

I hope you all realize i was trying to warn him, not bash his setup.

Some of the guys on here can be very rude about how you setup your 100, so i though i would give him a warning of what he might have coming.

I love it. Looks clean and well setup. Who cares about what it's got. If it does what the owner needs then thats all that matters. I like the roof rack, i want one.

Went boar hunting on new years eve. A few pics of the canyon I got stranded in. About an 850 ft pull with a PTO winch off of my buddies 1950 something Power Wagon. 45* slope with nothing but sloppy mud. Crazy end of the year.

The pictures dont do justice.

But the Power Wagon made it up on it's own? I've always wanted one of those.

850' pull..that must be one huge spool on his winch to hold that much cable:eek:

No. The Power Wagon didnt make it up from where I was. He wouldnt have made it if he went down. The Wagon came down to a ridge above me to pull from. Once I got to him, he had to winch himself almost the whole rest of the way back out to the main trail.

It was two lengths of cable. Still though his spool is very large. He held around 250ft of cable on his.

Oh and fyi, to get a better idea of how long and steep the pull was. The first two pictures were taken standing in the same place, just 180* turned oround. You can see the LC very far off in the distance in the first one, and the PW in the distance in second one.

mmmmmmmm.......MUD and Hills.......always fun:D

How long were you stuck down there?

abandoning your baby is never fun:crybaby:

Thought I'd add some pics of my 105.
Living in sunny South Africa...never posted before but thought it'd be a good time to do so.
