Wild fish for sure, born in the stream. Browns are only "native" to Germany. Great fish.

So I got the roe from a 10-11lb blue cat tonight. Two nice unbroken sacs. What do I do to eat it? I assume I need to do more than a light sear since it’s freshwater? I know what to do with the fish, I’ve just never tried the roe.
