Here is what I'm using for fuel management. It's not cheap but it works and definitely worth it imo. It is built specificly for boosted carbs. It has a vacuum/boost reference and will maintain the same set fuel pressure above manifold or reference pressure. I believe it's good to about 15 psi static pressure so, that being said it will support 18 psi boost. The reason you need this in a boosted application is as soon as you see 2 to 3 psi you will stop the flow of fuel into the jets because the compressed air will force fuel out of the carb due to the pressure difference. So in order to keep that from happening you want to always keep fuel pressure set per manufacturer recommendation above whatever amount of boost, in my case with the Webber I'm at 3psi. If this were a draw through setup like I had before it would not be nessasary. Just a fuel pump to keep up with demand is all that would have been needed. But the bad thing about draw through is you have tubes full of fuel waiting for a backfire to happen so it can ignite, not to mention the fuel you are pulling through the turbo slowly ruining the turbos bearings, a ball bearing turbo would be less affected by this.

Dude, that is awesome. Why is it wastegated to 10psi? Looks like you have a ton of growing room with that turbo.

Thanks! I would rather not scatter a non built engine lol. Also I want to get some intercooling set up before I turn it up any more. The turbo used to spool sooner before the gears it's definitely too big now, I'm switching the turbo to a smaller unit soon, I was having oiling issues and didn't want to burn up more expensive ones diagnosing it, so I bought the elcheapo from eBay doesn't work too bad for only being 100 bucks lol. I'm going to probably toss a ct26 off the 4.0 so I can boost real low. During trail usage and better highway drivability.

Had the opportunity to go to sema this year and found this thought you all might enjoy.... The price tag...

Sick turbo and truck. Sounds amazing. Do you know fuel consumption yet? I wouldn't use those crappy K&N air filters in the mud or around water or at least build a box for it. Trust me.

Still working out jetting... But it's not good lol. I h8mud so that's not an issue... I'd like to eventually have it snorkeled.

The previous owner had this inclinometer installed in the dash but it wasn't working right so I fixed it and made a box for it. Light works too!

I'm going to clean up the fitment a little bit but happy so far.

Where is your stereo? I like the switches. Old school rules!!

Since I'm not using it anymore. I pulled it and blocked off the hole from the fuel pump.

Decided to tackle the traction bar last week. Wanted to make sure it would help protect the driveshaft a little so I dropped the bottom bracket down far enough it would hand the tubing about a half inch blow the drive line. I still need to box in the brackets but it seems to be operating great!

Got this nice bushing mount and the rest of the parts from midnight 4x4 a local store I love! All sorts of brackets, rod ends, shocks, everything they are awesome! All I have at the shop is a Tig so it took considerably longer than I wanted but you do what you can with what you have.

The new crossmember installed.

The third bolt is just to prevent the shackle from hyperextension. I've heard stories and would rather it not happen. It doesn't hang any lower than the driveshaft flange.

The pump decided to start spraying all over inside the engine bay so I ordered a rebuilt replacement unit.

[ADealing with bleeding out the air bubbles..... Still....... I'm just starting to get he power steering back.... I've been parking it half in the garage to get the rear of the truck up in the air before jacking the front end and oscillating the steering back and forth. From what I've read it is just time and patience. So every couple days I'm going to repeat till it's working completely. I'm guessing there might be some cavitation in the pump and maybe in the line where he hard line loops under the radiator to cool.
