Nothing new to show off, but I fired up this old “beauty” tonight to add a little ambience to our dinner on the patio. If I could only keep one lantern, it is this one (242C).
There is nothing perfect about it other than its collection of imperfections.
It has a slightly leaky valve stem when cold, but is the best runner in my stash.

I know it’s not a Coleman but I figure pretty much everyone on this forum appreciates vintage Japanese made equipment. This is a Camplete lantern model 7320 with original box. Made in Japan in the late 60’s early 70’s. Pretty much exactly a Coleman except you can see some Asian influence on the top hat of the vent. Big thanks go to @cruiser4life for grabbing this for me from his neck of the woods and holding it till I could get it picked up. Can’t wait to get a chance to clean it up a little and fire it up.

So did 200a's in '71 have single piece caps?
