I just pulled the top spring for the back shoe only and it gave just enough room when I lifted the shoe to slip the stud in.Your wheel stud took just a few minutes to fix?
I have one to do this weekend and I was thinking I'd have to pull the axle shaft to press the stud in. Do you have an easier method?
I know my way around a wrench but disassembling the ebrake and pulling an axle, then knocking out and pressing in a new stud seems like it would take a couple hours.
