Thats wildThe plot thread of this pistol from season 1 to the final episode is really cool.

The pistol was originally Syril Karn's, which Cassian took from him on Ferrix, and had the Pre Mor Security logo on it. Cassian carried the pistol during the Aldhani job, then hid it in the box with his money from Aldhani while he was "vacationing" on Niamos. The box stayed hidden on Niamos after Cassian was arrested.
When Melshi escaped from the jail on Narkina 5 with Cassian, they went back to Niamos, where Cassian recovered his hidden box of money & pistol. Melshi said that he needed to tell people what was happening with prisoners never being released, and as they parted, Cassian gave Melshi his pistol.
Melshi eventually joined the rebellion and showed up on Yavin 4, where Vel recognized Cassian's old pistol while inspecting weapons brought in by the new recruits. Melshi is also in Rogue One; he leads the team that rescued Jyn Erso, and joins Erso/Andor on the mission the steal the Death Star plans.
Next up in my queue is Rebels S3-18 "Secret Cargo", then Rogue One.
The plot of rogue one is basically Leeroy Jenkins
wow, thats dedicationDeep freeze

I’ve seen to episode 11 end and don’t want to spoil anything for myself or others. I get what you said and feel the same way. I had to drink extra caffeine and really try to get through several of the slower episodes and I still fell asleep during them. I wanted to enjoy them but nothing I did could keep me awake. I have an issue of passing out when I sit down and the tv is dark colored and I slow down.I liked Andor. I wouldn't give it a 10 out of 10. Maybe a 7. The last few episodes were great. The problem I had was the pacing at times was ridiculously slow, and they spent way too much time on things that hardly mattered. The whole wedding could have been a 5 minute thing rather than like 2 episodes or whatever. I dont even know if the wedding was needed at all. The slow parts were also way too detailed with too many actors and overly complex and fancy sets. This all had to cost a lot of money. Instead they could have spent more time with fewer sets on more important issues and given us more episodes.
I thought it was really cool how they did it because it shows how mon mothma and Cassian Andor live in two completely different worlds that are nothing alike, and yet they both sacrifice so much in completely different ways. Mon mothma has to basically sell her daughter to another family for funding for the rebellion while Cassian is basically doing more hands on stuff at the same time. Also the whole point of the show was backstory on background charactersI liked Andor. I wouldn't give it a 10 out of 10. Maybe a 7. The last few episodes were great. From a film theory pov it also set up the juxtaposition between the two worlds cinematically (photographically and soundtrack).I thought it was really cool how they did it because it shows how mon mothma and Cassian Andor live in two completely different worlds that are nothing alike, and yet they both sacrifice so much in completely different ways. I think she also didn’t really realize what she did. Yes, she was a scapegoat, but she also did legitimately mess up and was largely responsible for the destruction of the Death Star, and she didn’t realize the severity until it was outlined to her in that momentTHIS made me chuckle - his finger beaming down on her like a Deathstar blast into her dome.
