Thanks Beno!/Front end rebuild

Many thanks to Beno for helping me rebuild the front end on my 94 80. Two days of wrenching in the snow and sub freezing temps! I learned a lot about my cruiser and how stout these trucks are built. My knuckles had not been opened in 158,000(since it was built) with only normal wear and tear. Found my DS had no C clip and the star washer was not bent from a previous brake job/bearing repack. Thanks again for teaching me an important Man skill!

Nice job dude. That's a big project, aint it? We found some surprises on John's 80 front end rebuild project as well. It was done by a "professional" I'm sure.

Rebuilding the front end on my 4Runner was one of the biggest confidence boosters I had working on my truck. Of course, I've now done it several times. I still hate it, but it needs to be done and like hell if I'm going to pay one of those "professionals" Ash mentioned.
