It burns threw a reservoir of coolant about one and half tanks of gas so 200ish miles (per tank). And I checked with the black light there's no green in the exhaust pipe near the tip. Also no bubbling in overflow tank

Dude, just drive it until it blows up. When it does, we can put a used 3fe in for cheap.

Quit worrying about it!

Just drive it.... when it blows a new 3fe without these (chronic) problems can be found easily. Hell a 2Fe could be used.

SELL ALL THE LIGHTS!!!!!!! I will give you $1000 bucks for the cruiser ;) without all the lights
Ok but
Ok but I take the bull bar. Lights. Rear swing out. And ever thing in side. You just get a shell with a nice orange to it ;)

Called Toyota have an appointment to see if I can get it done under warranty or dirt cheap.

If that much coolant loss was going into the oil your oil would be a milkshake. Ignore the dye, what does the oil look like? If it's not muddy your coolant loss is elsewhere.

ive done a pressure test and passed with flying colors and head gasket test and passed as well

Dude, just drive it. It's a 20+ year old truck. Keep the fluids topped off weekly and she will run for forever.

EDIT:

And what do you mean "the oil looks runny"? It's supposed to be a fluid

I'm assuming this is the first and only dye leak test you've (or PO or mechanic) performed on the engine? If not, you might have residual circulating from previous applications? Intake gasket leak?

Yes the first time.

make sure it isn't a coolant line leaking . the oil might be a slight issue and the real issue us a leaking line. Had it happen to me before. the hose would only leak while i was driving. setting in the driveway never saw it leak once.

I would think that the pressure test would eliminate this, but maybe not. Maybe go for a highway drive to get everything good and hot, then immediately do another pressure test?

So Toyota called. It's the rear main seal. That causes the oil leak. And said it passes the pressure test. The only thing he said is that when it gets hot it's some how letting it pass threw. So......... Idk......
