Sway bar refresh (1 Viewer)

I have a refresh kit from CruiserTEQ, but I don’t have these clamps that I want to replace. This is PS and is holding the front diff line and I have them on the DS for my brake line. Think there’s 4 in all. Anyone know a part number or who may have some? This is the OEM front for ‘95. Years of Michigan and Ohio weather I’d like to change these rotten things out while I’m here.

Used? I looked for one one time but didn't find any. I went with a white line for rear and it is great.
