Swapped my front tires left right because I got OCD and right side was 1/32nd more worn than left side, and got the added bonus of a death wobble, will be swapping back this weekend and updating, WTF over?

First, did you make sure the lugnuts were tight and the wheels were sitting flush in the wheel mount surface?

Second, you need to check for play up front. Wheel bearings, TREs, drank link, trunion bearings.

Lugnuts torqued and wheel is sitting flush on mounting surface, I'll get it up in the air this weekend and see what's loose, probably gonna end up with a list.

Uneven thread /inside bulging tires itself can be the cause of very bad death wobble

This was a bulge from the inside caused death wobble for about a couple weeks.. Thought is was a worn/loose component.. Tires are worn but this was crazy.. If everything checks out, I would suspect the tires..

Are you sure what you're getting is death wobble? Death wobble is pretty specific, and usually comes on in a specific way where the front end components are pushed to work but are not working correctly.

This sounds like something with the tire swap.
Try troubleshooting by swapping one side back tire to that same side's front. (don't cross the rears) Place the one in the rear to it's spot in the front. And see how it drives if it's the same, return the swap. And try the other side. It may help you clear up what is going on.

You can try with a spare as well, as long as the spare is in good condition.

But this sounds more like a tire has a giant tit in it.

Thanks to everyone for your input, finally got around to swapping my front tires back Left-Right and death wobble gone, just for reference it would start about 35mph and go away around 50mph and running 35x12.5x15 Goodyear MTR's.

Uhmm radial tires go front to back not side to side
