Swap Meet Schedule of Events

Below is an outline for the proposed Schedule Of Events (SOE) for the swap meet. If I missed something or you see a potential issue with timing or events, please let me know.

0700- Begin set up
0800- Gates open for sellers/vendors
0930- Gates open for general attedndees
1130-Lunch begins. Plan is to sell BBQ and hotdogs until they are gone or until Patrick and Chris get sick of it.
1230-1330/1400- Winch and spotting exercise lead by Tim Bleau
1400-1500- Radio Tech discussion/demo lead by Ed Morthimer
1700- Event ends and sellers and general attendees are invited to leave

The plan is to raffle prizes through out the day, beginning around 1100. We will announce the prize(s) to be raffled ahead of the actual raffle to give people a chance to buy tickets for the item being raffled.

I can look and see if we have one at the office. I don't know if someone bring it in for our picnic or the company owns it.
