Toyota is no longer selling sunroof. Is there any other sunroof glass inserts that will fit? Such as from a lexus LS or a 4runner?
I've researched this and no, part of the issue is it was sold as a complete assembly. Best thing to do is buy sme window sealer and stick it around the sunroof the best you can.

It's worth remembering that the seal around the glass was never designed to be water tight. The sunroof basically sits in a tray with 4 decent sized drains at each corner. For the sunroof to leak these drains are impaired or the drains in the rockers where the sunroof drains run in to are blocked. The car parked on a slope can also be a problem as not all 4 drains would be in play.
Make sure all 4 drains from the sunroof are fully cleared and allow water to flow without restriction. The rear drains are a bitch to get to.

I believe the LS400 his the same sunroof maybe there still available?

The options I have seen generally come down to 3 things.

1. Silicone it and leave shut
2. Add window sealer
3. Remove the sunroof and weld closed
