Currently my garage smells like being inside a gas can, or what I assume being inside a gas can smells like. All I did (this time) was start the truck - after a week of not moving - pull it out, turn it around and park it. 24 hours later, I still wouldn't light a match in the garage.
Details:
- There are no visible leaks under hood or along the fuel line (filter too) - when running or shut off - and, there are no drips/spots on the floor.
- Tank is full
- Carb'ed, not EFI
- Does have a cat - pretty new; maybe 2,500 miles
The truck does this pretty often. And, it seems to be worse when the tank is full or close to full and it's not been driven long before returning to the garage.
What do you guys think?
