That's no fun, fortunately the nice thing about cruiser axles are the 3rds are removable and easy to replace.

Yah now if they were only cheep! haha
These dont look to bad?! would anyone run em with just a new carrier bearing holder.
I guess that its just I have seen ALOT worse.
Maybe in a front end. I'd think you could find a replacement for 100.00. In Az
the 60 owners are swapping out 3:70's for 4:10 thirds. It's hard to get rid of the 3:70's
Snow, that sucks! What's the plan? I can have the spare third in the mail tomorrow as well as another 3.70 R&P if you need to get back on the road. I know it's not the gearing you need but...
You can get one for $ 250 off of cruiserparts website.
Thanks bro, but I.think you got the pricing wrong, ring and pinion and bearing kit along is 225$+125$ ish. Plus like prob 180 for setup and then shipping. Not bad price Kurt but still more. Actually I am about to call Kurt right now for some seals.
Oh my apologies bro, my mind auto piloted to Kurt @ cruiseroutfitters because I needed to call him and I think because of your namethat's a fair price for 4.1s. It took me months to find anything under 100 per last time, so I jumped on these to get her back on th rd.
Just ordered some new seals and gaskets should be here Friday, thanks to Kurt. Got some tres while I was ordering.
Thanks mudders.
