Yeah, I saw your Oz trip. I'm pretty envious of that trip. That is a trip I'd love to make some day. The bridge climb would be on my list of things to do. You guys stay safe and we will make sure to not start the raffle without you. :beer:

Looking forward to comin back and taking over, I am ready to retire.

Also made a new heater for the shop . Got to darn cold last winter . Still have to pick up the smoke stacks and some blocks to get it a little higher . Then find the best place for it to sit .

Rocky did you make that or buy it? I need one of those for the barn.

Made it . I have a barrel you can have and you can order the kit from amazon or Northern tool . I choose Northern Tool ship to store to save on shipping (it's free to store). It gets hot pretty quick , burned some stuff in it yesterday to burn off any crap inside .

damn boy! That'll look nice at AOP in a few weeks.

If I could only get both there at the same time .

@sk8salomon I thought you were working on one. Did that not happen? I thought I saw a picture of some thing under construction somewhere.... maybe not, I could just have dreamed that.

@FJCRAWLER I believe I might take you up on that. Been looking on amazon this morning at the kits and I may have to pull the trigger on one. Does it just bolt to the barrel? Been doing some reading this morning and seems slab wood is good since it is long, there is a guy with a mill on 99 that I am going to stop and talk to about his scrap slabs, may have to take betsy up there and get a load for this winter.

Not to jump in front of fjcrawler jynx, but yes they jus bolt together, and saw mill scrap works great, a buddy used to burn it in his shop, he could buy it cheaper than he could cut it not sure about that anymore though.

just a note that might be helpful for those screwing with a laptop and poor wifi signal. Here is a nice little cheap wifi antenna that works...Panda Wireless PAU06...it plugs into the usb plug on your computer and if you have a recent version of windows it should work fine with no issues..don't run the install file from the mfg...windows will recognize it fine. Its a little usb plug with a small antenna. Just an FYI for folks trying to use wireless where the signal strength sucks. http://www.amazon.com/Panda-300Mbps-Wireless-N-Adapter-button/dp/B00JDVRCI0

Its probally made in china or somewhere ......but it works and is highly rated on amazon...i just got one to test on the rfurb dell laptop I bought to screw around with. So far its working good. A little blue light on the plug confirms operation...if you get one...again...don't install any drivers...it should work automatically...you may have to manually setup your password if you use encryption on your wireless network (highly recommended) I do...and anyway the thing works on this dell laptop with windows 10. FYI something like $20.00

you don't have to turn on the wireless antenna thats built in to your laptop for this work either. I'm not sure if it will work on a laptop that did not come with wireless enabled...I did not bother to check into that.

this works too...seems to be about the same http://www.amazon.com/Kinivo-WID380...&qid=1441605809&sr=1-1&keywords=kinivo+wid380

best test driving both this evening....not sure if its the devices or what..both work but seem to have some lag with the trackpad for some reason...seem right now to be more prevalent with the first device.

so I'm riding in to work on a certain road at the site...where there is a location that has some 10 foot high fence topped by razor wire....what do I see climbing over this...fence....an adult bobcat in broad daylight this morning. I guess you can't get in but you certainly can climb out :}

I saw something moving in the distance on the fence and I thought it was trash or something on the razor wire...then it moved and as I got close he jumped off the razor wire on the ground....never seen that before....about 75 yrds from the pavement.

Although a 6' 220# individual CAN sleep in the back seat of a gen 1 tundra extra can, I strongly don't recommend it. Net time a hotel room will be in order.

Hey guys, if you know of anybody in the Franklin or Murfreesboro area that are looking for some help, full or part-time, experience in HR, banking, administrative, call centers and other areas, please PM me. Erin is unexpectedly looking for new employment.

I appreciate any leads. Thanks
