Maybe the wife factor thing stepped in, I don't see how he would have had the time anyway, 3 hours of weight lifting each day would not leave much time for the wife & the 40?

Just a thought, work on it like you have it now for bodywork and modifications, then do paint last that way it only comes totally apart once...

Late model ls motors are cheep and run forever, look at this thread, alot cheeper and more reliable than a 350...long term..

Be aware por15 doesnt like welding splatter, do all your welding and frame modification before hand, and think about power coat..
