Curious to hear some thoughts about this.
I’m in the process of replacing my suspension components over to Dobinsons. The provided Dobinsons spring pins just aren’t fitting quite right - If I place one bolt, the other hole is misaligned, even when forcing it maximally by hand with the bolt loose. There is a small amount of play but not enough to get the bolt to pass without taking off the threads.
I was considering drilling out the holes slightly but am concerned about weakening it. I ordered some non-greasable pins as a sanity check. My old pin fits fine but the shaft is pitted. The pin hangers are oem as far as I can tell.
Thanks for looking.
