As far as a factory lift is concerned... yes, you should adjust at the LSPV up or down... however, are we referring to a factory lift or a 2"+ lift here? There's not enough movement to properly adjust the LSPV for a 2"+ lift.
The LSPV is not unique to LC's and a quick search of google will result a lot of brackets added to the axle when rasing a rig... i just went the cheap route that happens to also be micro-adjustable.
