Specter Body Mount Question (1 Viewer)

Has anyone used Specter Off-Road's Soft body mounts verses firm mounts? I have only used the firm in the past and I am looking for new mounts for my FJ25 project. I am not sure how the soft mounts go together for install compared to the firm mounts. See photos below. First pic is soft mounts I need explanation on how to assemble. The second picture is of the firm mounts that I have used.

The SOR kit looks to be the Energy Suspension kit maybe rebranded as SOR. Energy Suspension should be able to provide you with install instructions.
