I'm in the same boat

I've been contacting vendors to see if they know any more than we do...nope; they don't. STC and/or the new owners have gone Silent. But all the vendors seem complacent about it, like, "yeah, they probably be back up and running 'sometime'. Just sit tight, that's what we're doing."

so...this post is partly to BUMP, and partly to let ya' know the lack of information I've found.

oh that figures, i was thinking of buying a top from them because of the way the sides zip out and the back too. always a day late and a doller short hopefully some one will still make them.

I have a Kayline top on mine and only the rear window unzips down the sides then rolls up. Are there different models/versions of the top? I'd like one that the sides would zip out. Cheers. ....Steve

Which one do I have without the zip out sides? Mine attaches arounf the edges with a plastic edging. The only snaps on mine are the two on each side of the windshield frame. Thanks for the info, I thought they were all the same. ...Steve

Land crusher . I may be able to help you out with soft top rails and parts. I had a Kayline fastrac. The model which , on the rear panel., a "L" shaped shaft slides into / thru a loop on the rear panel at the bottom. That then inserted into Brackets for lack of better description which bolted to the rounded corners of the tub. Anyway. Kids tore it up so the skin is worthless. Probably gonna get rid of all the hardware . Hardware Still on my FJ. I cant get to it for about 2 weeks . Where are you located as lots of poles and parts

yeah i have that kayline fast track old style...and hate it....crappy design...pain in the butt to get on. and mines falling apart. I was thinking about the new STC design but who knows when that will show up....or if.

Take the top to a marine upholster that does canvas and tops. They can copy anything.

Not interested in buying old stock from a defunct company, even for less money.
What good is having replacable windows, when you can't get replacements?
