Soap suds in tail light lenses - 2014 LC

So I'm washing my 2014 LC (up to 1200 miles now) and I notice soap suds collecting in the taillight lenses. I washed with a standard wash mit and a garden hose (nothing high pressure).

This occurred on both the right and left side.

Does anyone consider this normal? I don't think I do.

It is all the same on all lc200. If you look from underneath the light you will see that surface extends as a lip beyound the light box so dirt can get there. Seems like design problem.

Same on 100's too. Dumb design.

It's not actually inside the light housing is it? If so, does the housing fog up? I would bet it is actually on the bottom of the housing. Can't say I've paid enough attention to notice.

Bottom of housing that allows a gap big enough that crap gets in.
