Hey All,
Just trying to verify something. I've got an 83 fj60 with 89 fj62 axels under it. I remember reading some where that you don't need to do a cut and turn if you have a 62 because of the driveshaft angles being different than a 60. Anyone know of this? Is this true? Are the axels set up differently on 62 than a 60 series or does it have something to do with the automatic transmission setback further and different driveshaft lengths than a 60 series? I know that everyone preaches that a cut and turn must be done. I'm just nervous about doing it. I'm just trying to find answers to help me along. Thanks ahead of time for everyones help.
