Well have some peliminary pics of the SOA job on my 62......... pics aren't that great there was to much crap in the way to get some clean shots. Also after over a month of waiting, finally recieved my Hy-steer set-up from 4x4labs to find out they left out one of the steering arms  , so I am still waiting for that to complete the job. (*edit* just talked with Luke at 4x4labs, he apologized and is sending the parts over night, I am glad he is doing the right thing)

anyways here is the 62 sitting on the 33's still...... 37's soon to come

no it isn't coming to Tellico.......... but it is for sale :D

and the thing that sucks about 4x4 labs is I have heard only great things about them and the owner Luke Porter...... why did they have to goof up my order

can't remember jp...do you still have another set of 62 axles?

malphrus

Bout time you finished your dad is probably gonna have a party when you drive that thing out of there.

yep........ he is getting real anxious, my 62 is blocking the trailor he needs to start moving into the mountain house on friday

Like I said I didn't get all the hysteer arms, so I had to fubar the old tie rod and drag link to make them work so the cruiser can atleast be rolled a few feet out of the way........... I should have taken a pic of the gehetto fab. work you guys would have loved it :D

man those tires look small!

Looks awesome JP. Nice work.

Can't wait to see it with the 37's on it!! I can't remember, did you regear?

Thanks guys ............ I haven't regeared yet, but it is a must, I would never make it up the long grades in the mountains with 4.11's

Hopefully it will be all set-up for the Cullowhee trip, atleast that is my goal :D

WOW! Man you had to one up me didnt you. You are going to make me want to go larger now! Cant wait to see it in person!

Re-gear definately. my 33's and the stock 4.11's drive me nuts when i hit any decent hill. flat ground is fine though. Just cant get it to hang around 80 on I-26 :)
- I hope to get 4.88's myself when i get a chance.

you get me motivated after seeing how much higher yours was......... I couldn't let my little wagon get left behind, had to go big gear and higher :D

Gehn, is going to win that one before long...................... I believe he is going 4' link, full floater rear, turbo on the diesel, 37's and so on...........

it will be a bad mother when he is done

Eventually.......haha, and i'd like to keep it to 35"s if i can....

Full floater rear, recaro seats, axle rebuilds, A/C and fixing the fuel leak are on the list this for this summer. The rest will have to wait...maybe next year :frown:

jp's 62 is one bad motha :grinpimp:

well all my parts finally arrived and so I got all the hy-steer setup on today and bolted everything back up............. took it for a test drive and nothing fell off or blew up, so I will consider it a success :D

no I just need a track bar, front shocks, and a steering stabilizer and I will be ready to rock

I'll get some pics posted up tomorrow......... it just looks silly with those 33's
