Locally - don't know. I got a pair from this site. Pretty happy but haven't run them yet. Just installed them on the driveway. I paid $104 for one pair for the back tires.

If you want some for Saturday I have a new set of 4 chains that I'll sell to you. I bought them for a "friend" and he never came to visit/get them/pay for them! (long story) They are very basic twist link ladder style chains, not v-bar or diamond style. I can grab the canvas bag from the crate they are in to see what sizes they cover but they were for his 285/75/16's. I think I paid around 100 a pair. Make me a reasonable offer and they are yours. But they are in Santa Fe.....

Let's meet at the now defunct gas station at North Portal (528 & 550) at 8:45. We'll depart by 9am or so and head to La Cueva and grab 126. Most of our snow plays are centered around 126.

Do we feel like making our lunch a Potluck affair? I made a vat of chili that I can bring, along with some wine.

I have my new MSR dragonfly stove to try out - with 20 year old, freeze dried, Ration, Cold Weather meals....you're welcomed to try some.

Han will make some cornbread and a dessert to go with the chili.
