ARCHIVE Smog station borked a customer’s LX470

Customer took his LX470 to get a smog check days after purchasing it. During the test the operator gets out if the truck and starts the test. Truck starts rolling backwards destroying the door and the A-Pillar. Smog shop is trying to say that the truck popped out of park. To wish my response was BULL****!

He should just file with his insurance co and let them chase the shop.

The shop is just trying to "pop out of" a big payment they have to make..

It looks like it was in reverse and when the A/C compressor cycled the idle went up enough to start it moving.
