Two questions:
1) I am replacing belts on my FJ60 that I bought two years ago. The tensioner bolt for the smog pump is missing (picture below). I did not have any issues with belt tension prior, but I assume it will be unnecessarily difficult to get tension without this tensioner bolt. Snow Version sells a kit for $68, are there any cheaper options?
2) On the bottom of the smog pump, there is a threaded hole that looks like it needs a bolt. See red circle on picture. Is this part of the mount? Any part number or sell info is appreciated. Thx!
