Smog Question

What am I missing here? And would it effect the N O reading on a smog report?

Smog report is great BESIDES the N O..... so.... would any of this effect the N O ?

So I can only help with the lower circle at the distributor cap as I have a FJ62. On mine, the distributor has two hoses. One goes to the Air filter, the second hose goes to the firewall on the passenger side to a filter. Both hoses are to let the hot air out that builds up under the distributor cap. Article below:

The top circle should have a vcv in it.

Search for desmg document and it will have that in along with what it’s supposed to be plumbed to.
