Seriously though, I just put those springs on at the end of Feb. I am extremely happy with them. They ride a lot more comfortably than the OME heavies (in my opinion) but aren't as soft as the original oem ones. Nothing but positives to say about them from my end, but the boss is not happy about the increase in step-up & in (& out) height.
Why not go the source with your question though? I know Robbie was really honest about them to me before purchasing.

Oh I mean no disrespect to the Slee guys. I just thought I'd ask the end users first. I dont even have an 80 yet. Im going to buy one and do a 1HD-Ft/151 swap and I was looking into the Slee 6" lift.
I've got the full 6" Outback lift and I like it alot. I think the only things I don't like are that the shocks are a little short for the lift and that I should have put some kind of rubber or whatever between the shock and the body, because I squeak like a mouse right now. <-- That's clearly my fault.
It rides real well IMHO and most of my buddies agree.
I just put on the 6" lift. Very nice setup. Just remember, there are other mods you have to make besides just the coils, or you will have driveline/steering issues.
I too have the 6" lift from Slee and love it. You will have to modify the rear upper links, both panhard rods, new Slee front locating arms, or his new caster plates, and I went with new front and rear driveshafts. Don't forget to budget in those 315's and 4.88 gears as well. Great system if done properly. Christo and his guys at Slee are always just a phone call away. I like the personal service and advice you get from him compared to the other SOR...
Where are you getting your engine tranny combo? I tried to get that exact combo with an H1FA TC for my FJ55 and I was pretty much told not to hold my breath. I had cash in hand $13,000 CAD but no one was able to souce the engine. I ended up going with a 2UZFE, and A373F auto. If you do find the engine I am going to be very jealous. good luck sounds like a great project.

That was my first option, but I didn't have much luck. They seemed like they wanted to help me but were having a hard time finding 1HD-FT. They had a 1HD-F for sale, but I was looking for something a little newer.
DAMN. If that is true does anyone want a supercharged 2UZFE?
The engine is a 2002 with 5k mi.
I still have a month or so before I get to start my project so if I find any interest and SOR does have a front clip with a 1HD-FT, I might make the change. That is unless HZJ60 Guy wants it.
