How do you trick the ECU, from lack of O2 scensors, so it doesn't through a code?
O2 sensors would still be there. The upstream one is required for the rig to work correctly and is unaffected by the absence of the cats.. The downstream one only monitors the performance of the cats. You can fool the ecu with a resistor. I am not sure, but I *think* that simply installing a spacer to pull the O2 sensoe back out of the flow by a couple inches will also make it think everything is rosy. I need to look into this, but I have not yet.

I've had the 4! cats stolen off my Tundra, and 2 idiots tried to steal the cats from my LX450 at 7am IN MY DRIVEWAY!

Pretty sure the Tundras were stolen with a pipe cutter. the kind that you spin and tighten until the pipe separated. Time consuming but silent. Done I the middle of the night. The dealer had muffler shop weld rebar to the exhaust. $5000 total bill.

No chance of using a silent pipe cutter and enough of a pain to move on to an easy target.

The LX450 guys were scared off within 30 seconds. They were half way through the pipe with a sawzall. $80 to weld up at a muffler shop.

I then added 4x4labs sliders. They installed them and also welded AR500 steel plate either side of the cats. Some one determined could certainly still get them, but its not likely worth their time/risk at this point.

You want to watch this type of theft in real time to see just how quick these scum bags can cut a cat off of your truck, Below is a link to a Mud thread about cat thefts, Skip ahead to post #17 and watch the video, That video was taken in my friends drive way, it just goes to show you how brazen and fast these thieves are, they drove right in to his driveway at almost 4 AM, slipped out of their car, cut his cat off, and were gone in under 90 seconds!
