Yes I have a stack. Worst case is I will have them at McGrew if you don't see before then.

Anyone have recommendations for a complete A/C refill? Basically the Suburban has a bad pump and although it holds pressure it just isn't blowing cold and the pump has an awful whine to it. Anyway I bought a new pump and was going to have Keith Schulz garage drain and then refill it but when I told them what I was doing the guy said you gotta clean out all the old debris from the failing pump and replace the accumulator and it was usually $300 to do that and another $150 to refill it. So when I was at the store today I saw that they sell a cleanout detergent for A/C and then you could buy the manifolds and then the r134 for a grand total of maybe $200. I figure I'd save a ton and then have the tools to be able to do it again. Experience? Recommendations? Obviously since I'm replacing the pump I am beyond just buying the little refill bottles.

I can't remember the guys name or shop, but it is out of his house on Scenic Ave by the Rock Museum in CP. Did great cheap work on my x's Mazda and BMW.

I was just thinking the same place... I have never used him but it looks like a home/shop which ='s low overhead..

If you can get them to Travis before the weekend I could run them to Medford after the weekend.

Matt

Seeing him tonight and pulled a hand full out to give him.

He has a stack. I officially handed some over!

Let me know Jesse what you end up doing, whether you use that guy in CP they were talking about. Also will talk to you about those tires.

Selling a cheap motor home has interesting results- I thought I would sell a cheap motor home instead I-
Met some very interesting people, met some people who can barely get into a motor home and really shouldn't even own, drive or use a motor home, spent a lot of time on the phone with people who want a $5000 motor for $2000 or less, learned that there are a lot of people who think that a motor home is a good alternative to a house and learned that if you want to sell something quickly you should inflate the buyer's vision of grandeur and bliss even though their budget falls short of their dreams..
There is still hope..

Vintage camping gear score... circa 1977 sticker on the original box from K-mart, Medford. Stopped at the Applegate store when I saw the guy selling some stuff had a super cherry 1981 hi-lux 4x4.. The Coleman goods were sparkling from a distance. He said he was the original owner of the truck and had a recent re-paint and that Gramma and Grampa used the stove maybe a total of 4 times, including manuals, plenty of replacement mantles and a 1970's Crater Lake brochure.. $25, I think I have $3 left in my wallet. Oh well.
Did I do all right Russ?
