Dude, nice and not one but room for two cars in the garage
 pics can be deceiving. Getting those 2 in there is a slight squeeze. Had we bought the 6’ bed model it wouldn’t fit.

You need a bumper on that thing. If your looking to maintain the daily driver concept check this one out. Tacoma Front Winch Bumper | Blitz | 3rd Gen (16+) - Victory 4x4 - https://www.victory4x4.com/product/VT3FB.html
I ended up going with the BA4x4 bumper but wish I had done the Victory 4x4 one, hardly any cutting and fits just as well. They also have great how to videos.

What made you go with the Prinsu rack? I'm debating that one and the Victory 4x4 one Tacoma Roof Rack | 2nd & 3rd Gen (05+) - Victory 4x4 - https://www.victory4x4.com/product/VT23RK.html.

I like the victory stuff, the rack ultimately came down to the end cap design. I like the prinsu rounded ends.

Bumper yes. I really don’t want to cut and min If possible. I was leaning toward the DV8 for that reason.

Uh, shoot... I was gonna walk away and the guy says, "make me an offer".. it is really rough and needs a motor... Full of bondo. Either going to get it running decent and use it as a farm/beater or sell. Any one have a motor for this? If I came across a clean 2wd body, doors, and hood I might swap that on.. probably too much work for me..

Well folks, it's been fun, but we taking our toys and moving to FL. Of course we will back to visit family and we always have the interwebs. :D :flipoff2:

☀️ 🌴 👙 🐊
Really? Why Florida? My parents lived on the gulf coast for 10 years, you literally can't go outside from June til Sept and they were on the beach too! Then there was the hurricanes... Inland?? well there was never any appeal to going inland...

Heading to Hammertown tomorrow. My buddy will be in the Legends Class, #54. I will probably be in the remote pit for him with some other friends. This is his rig if anyone sees it. I believe we are camped near the start /finish line too. Any tips for a first timer are appreciated.

What a PITA!

The Hammers were freaking nuts! Ate so much dust! 60,000 people and a sea of rv's. My buddy finished 75th in the Legends Class. Finally rolled it in Chocolate Thunder at around mile 125 and eventually timed out. Busted a hydraulic ram fitting and fixed it but then was having fuel delivery problems due to s***ty fuel cell foam. He probably would have finished if it wasn't for the fuel cell.
The other racers and pit crews are awesome, they help eachother all the time. As it became evening The spectators became absolute drunken a-holes. Heckling, throwing rocks, shining lasers in the drivers eyes and cussing at them. They wanted to drive their own rigs on the course but weren't allowed to until it was cleared.
We manned remote pit 1 and eventually went to remote pit 2. Had to pit for 2 xj's along with our buggy.
The whole event was totally nuts, really cool rigs. 1st pic is the buggy I pitted for.
